A Personal Mission from Nyomi
This October, as I celebrate another year of life, I'm asking you to join me in fighting for the lives of others. As someone who just completed my own healing journey through explant surgery and as a breast implant illness (BII) survivor, I understand the power of body autonomy and the critical importance of health awareness.

Breast cancer doesn't discriminate. It affects women, men, mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month - and especially Men's Breast Cancer Awareness Week (October 17-23) - we have the opportunity to make a real difference.

Three Podcasts, One Mission
Through Ask Nyomi Bridging The Gap, The Season of Self Love, and my upcoming Body, Choice and Voice podcast, I've built a community of people who believe in growth, healing, and supporting one another. Now, I'm asking that community to unite for something bigger than ourselves.

Why This Matters to Me
Having navigated my own journey with breast implant illness, I know what it's like to advocate for your body and your health. I know the fear, the uncertainty, and the strength it takes to make difficult decisions about your body.
Every woman and man fighting breast cancer deserves the same support, resources, and hope that carried me through my own health journey.
